Haley pleads guilty to three charges

AMHERST – George Daniel Haley, 21, of Tidnish Bridge, pleaded guilty in court on Monday to operating a motor vehicle while disqualified from doing so, resisting a constable with the Town of Amherst Police Department while he was engaged in the execution of his duty, and operating a motor vehicle while he was impaired by alcohol.

Haley will be sentenced June 14, at 9:30 a.m.

The incidents occurred Nov. 11, 2011, in Amherst.
