AMHERST – Jason Bradley Allen, 33, of Oxford, was sentenced in court on Tuesday, to a suspended sentence with three years probation after pleading guilty to four separate charges.

Allen pleaded guilty to committing an assault, knowingly uttering a threat to cause death to the person he assaulted, committing mischief by willfully damaging the wall in the residence of the person he assaulted, and failing without reasonable excuse to comply with an order to keep the peace and be of good behavior.

The incidents occurred Oct. 23, 2010, in Roslin.
