AMHERST – Sheldon James Keough, 26, of Rupert Street, Amherst, was sentenced in court on Monday to 45 days custody, consecutive to other sentences, for failing without lawful excuse to comply with a condition to abstain from the consumption, purchase, and possession of any alcohol, non-prescribed drugs, or prescription drugs not prescribe to him by a medical practitioner.

He was also sentenced to 45 days custody, consecutive to other sentences, for failing without lawful excuse to comply with a curfew to stay at his place of residence Sunday to Thursday between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Keough was also sentence to 30 days custody, concurrent to other sentences, for failing to keep the peace and be of good behavior.

He was also sentenced to 45 days custody, consecutive to other sentences, for failing without lawful excuse to have no contact, directly or indirectly, with a certain individual, except in the presence of the individual’s mother.

The incidents occurred April 21, 2012, in Amherst.
