AMHERST – Nick, Karuna, Tirtha and Jeff were in Amherst this afternoon. They were speaking with passersby, and distributing literature, about their Hare Krishna religious faith. They also had news: the walking monk, Bhaktimarga Swami – who was in Amherst last year – will return at the end of May to continue his walk across Canada; it will be his fourth time crossing the country. The four young men are based out of New Glasgow.
