Smith fined $2,300, given two year driving prohibition

AMHERST – Ward Carson Smith, 40, of Maccan, was sentenced in court on Monday to a fine of $2,300 and a two-year driving prohibition after being found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while being disqualified from doing so.

The incident occurred Feb. 6, 2010, in Sutherland’s Lake.
