Cory Evan Albert Lowther, 22, of Harding Avenue, Amherst, pleaded guilty in court on Monday to failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a probation order to not consume alcohol or other intoxicating substances.

He will be sentenced June 28.

The incident occurred April 1, 2012, in Amherst.

Lowther also pleaded guilty in court on Monday to failing without lawful excuse to appear tat the Amherst Police Department for the purposes of the identification of the Criminals Act.

He will be sentenced June 28.
