Kaizer pleads guilty to several charges

AMHERST – Todd Wallace Kaizer, 49, of Dartmouth, was pleaded guilty in court on Tuesday of stealing merchandise from the Atlantic Superstore, the value of which did not exceed $5,000.

The incident occurred Mar. 14, 2010, in Dartmouth.

Kaizer also pleaded guilty on Tuesday to stealing merchandise from the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, the value of which did not exceed $5,000.

The incident occurred July 30, 2010, in Dartmouth.

Kaizer also pleaded guilty on Tuesday to unlawfully breaking and entering a pharmacy and committing mischief.

The incident occurred July 31, 2010, in Dartmouth.

Kaizer also pleaded guilty in court on Tuesday to unlawfully stealing merchandise of a value not exceeding $5,000 from SLD Pharmacy, and failing to comply with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behavior.

The incident occurred Dec. 18, 2010, in Dartmouth.

Kaizer will be sentenced for the above crimes on Jan. 30, 2012.
