AMHERST – Trevor Andrew Smith, 30, of Wallace, was sentenced in court on Wednesday to a two-year driving prohibition and 14-days custody, to be served on weekends, plus probation, after pleading guilty to operating a 1984 Honda three-wheeler while the concentration of alcohol in his blood exceeded .08 per cent, and for operating a motor vehicle, a 1984 Honda three-wheeler, while disqualified from doing so.
The incident occurred June 3 in Amherst.
Smith was also sentenced to 14-days custody, to be served on weekends, plus probation, after pleading guilty to failing to attend court.
