AMHERST – Jason David Johnston, 34, of Ontario, was sentenced in court on Wednesday to a total of 120 days custody, 71 of which have already been served in remand, after pleading guilty to four counts.
Johnston was sentenced to 60 days custody after pleading guilty to failing to comply with a condition to remain in the province of Ontario.
Johnston was also sentenced to 60 days custody, consecutive to the above sentence, after pleading guilty to failing to keep the peace and be of good behavior.
Johnston was also sentenced to two 60 days custody sentences, concurrent with other sentences for failing to keep the peace and be of good behavior.
The incidents occurred between Aug. 3, 2011, and Sept. 19, 2011, in Amherst.
