AMHERST – Walter Bruce Gouchie, 50, of Prince Arthur Street, Amherst, was sentenced in court on Wednesday to a suspended sentence with 18 months probation after pleading guilty to committing mischief by willfully damaging property, a persons telephone wires, the value of which did not exceed $5,000.
The incident occurred June 11, 2010, in Amherst.
Gouchie was also sentenced to a suspended sentence with 18 months probation concurrent with other sentences after pleading guilty in court on Wednesday to failing to comply with a condition to abstain from any communication with the same person who’s telephone wires he damaged, except through legal counsel.
The incident occurred between Aug. 1 and Aug. 4, 2010, in Amherst.
