AMHERST – John William Dauphinee, 57, of McGee Street, Springhill, was sentenced to nine months probation and 40 hours community service after being found guilty in court on Tuesday to stealing property from the Dr. Carson & Marion Murray Community Centre, the value of which did not exceed $5,000.
The incident occurred May 11, in Springhill.
