AMHERST - William Kenneth Charles Matthews, 41, of Herrett Road, Springhill, was sentenced in court on Monday to a fine of $1,380 and a one-year driving prohibition after pleading guilty to refusing to provide samples of his breath to enable a police officer to determine the concentration, if any, of alcohol in his blood.
The incident occurred Sept. 9 in Oxford.
