AMHERST - Stuart James Gould, 36, of Derby Street, Amherst, was sentenced in court on Monday to a fine of $2,070 and a one-year driving prohibition after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle while the concentration of alcohol in his blood exceeded .08 per cent.
The incident occurred June 5, near Dorchester, N.B.
