AMHERST - Robert Edward James Dwyer, 27, of Maccan, pleaded guilty in court on Monday to willfully damaging, without legal justification or excuse, a vehicle belonging to another person, the value of which did not exceed $5,000.
Dwyer will be sentenced June 26, 2012.
The incident occurred June 10, in Maccan.
Dwyer also pleaded not guilty to one other charge from the same date.
