AMHERST - Ashley Jolene Cormier, 24, of Spring Street, Parrsboro, was sentenced to 12 months probation and restitution in the amount of $300 in court on Monday after pleading guilty to using false pretense to defraud a person of money in an amount that did not exceed $5,000.
The incident occurred Dec. 17, 2010, in Parrsboro.
