AMHERST – Scotiabank has teamed up with the Cumberland Health Care Foundation for a “birdtastic” fundraiser to support Light the Way.
Downtown Scotiabank branch manager Diana Bacon and Albion Street Scotiabank branch manager Maureen Penny are holding a raffle for a Bent Cottage Creations Holiday Birdhouse designed, built and donated by Don Miller.
“This is one of the nicest birdhouses I have seen yet,” Bacon said, “It’s perfect for holiday decorating or for housing your favourite feathered friends”
The birdhouse is currently on display at the South Albion branch.
Tickets are available at either Scotiabank branch and at the Cumberland Health Care Foundation offices located just inside the main doors of the hospital.
Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5. The draw date is December 2nd.
