AMHERST – John Douglas Marks, 55, of Minto Street, Amherst, was sentenced in court on Tuesday to a fine of $575 and a one-year weapons prohibition after pleading guilty to failing to trigger lock or store two rifles in a securely locked container, receptacle or room.
The incident occurred Dec. 2, in Amherst.
