Cruickshank pleads guilty to break and entering seven different sheds

AMHERST – Justin Lawrence Cruickshank, 19, of Eastern Passage, N.S., will return to court for sentencing on Oct. 24 after pleading guilty in court on Tuesday to having a bottle of liquor in his possession, the value of which did not exceed $5,000, knowing the property was obtained unlawfully.

Cruickshank will also be sentenced on Oct. 24 after pleading guilty to break and entering the following seven places: the Old Train Station on Willow Street in Parrsboro, a shed on West Bay Road in Cumberland County, three different sheds on Two Island Road in Cumberland County, a shed on Swan Creek Road in Cumberland County and a shed on Fox River Road in Cumberland County.

He will also be sentenced for stealing a battery charger, the value of which did not exceed $5,000.
