AMHERST – Three men arrested in a drug bust earlier in the year had matters adjourned without having entered pleas.

Allan Daniel Maddison, Donald Lewis Alick and Terry Norman Patterson made brief appearances in court Monday morning.

Jointly charged, Maddison and Alick had their matters adjourned until July 18 at 9:30 a.m.

Jim O’Neil, counsel for Maddison, advised the court he needs an additional four weeks to go over the disclosure with his client.

Representing himself, Alick requested an adjournment as well.

“I just got 250 pages of disclosure on June 22,” he said, requesting five weeks to review the material.

The judge gave both men three weeks to review the disclosure.

Maddison and Alick are facing cocaine-related charges.

Patterson, also being represented by O’Neil, is facing marijuana-related charges.

O’Neil also requested an adjournment to review the disclosure.

Patterson’s matters have been adjourned until Aug. 8 at 9:30 a.m.

The three men were part of drug bust that saw six others arrested on Feb. 1. More than six kilograms of cocaine and a pound of marijuana was seized, as well as cash and firearms.
