AMHERST - Harvey Venus will remain in custody for another day.
Venus, 25, has counsel for his bail hearing, which was scheduled for this morning. The lawyer, however, wasn't able to appear and requested an adjournment until Tuesday morning.
Venus has been charged with stealing women's undergarments from a North Adelaide Street, as well as two counts of breaching a recognizance. The incidents are alleged to have occurred April 23.
