FIVE ISLANDS - For the past five years, Yvette Yorke of Five Islands has opened her home to the community with a Christian book club lending library with books for all ages.
Today with a selection of over 1,000, she opened her doors five years ago with 300 books lining the shelves. The books Yorke carries are Christian, self-help, healing or inspirational based books.
"There is a wide variety of age groups the books on the shelves are suited for," she said.
