RCMP seeking driver involved in accident Tuesday

TIDNISH - Cumberland RCMP are seeking information following a single-vehicle accident on Highway 366 Tuesday.

 

Just before 3:30 p.m., the RCMP, Emergency Health Services and the Tidnish Fire Department were called to a motor vehicle collision.

The driver of the vehicle was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after his car left the highway and sustained extensive damages.

The driver had averted a head-on collision with an oncoming vehicle, which had crossed the centre line.

The second vehicle is described as a black car, driven by a grey-haired male.

An investigation is continuing.

The RCMP is seeking the public's assistance as someone may have observed the vehicle in the Tidnish area during the time of the collision.
