TORONTO - SNC-Lavalin's new chief executive announced a series of changes to his senior management team on Friday including the resignation of Petrick Lamarre, who has been executive vice-president of SNC's global power division. The Montreal-based engineering and construction company (TSX:SNC) has also created a new role of president for Resources and Environment, which will become SNC's largest business unit. .
