Noiles pleads guilty to sexual assault
AMHERST – Paul Noiles, 45, Franklin Court, Dartmouth, pleaded guilty in court on Tuesday to break and entering a dwelling house and sexually assaulting an 84-year-old woman, causing bodily harm to her.
Noiles will be sentenced Nov. 21, at 9:30 a.m., and he will remain in custody until sentencing.
A charge of unlawfully confining the 84-year-old woman will be withdrawn when he is sentenced.
The incident occurred Oct. 7, 2012, in Springhill.
