Charlottetown picked to host 2011 ECMAs and associated festival, conference

CHARLOTTETOWN - The 2011 East Coast Music Awards and the associated festival and conference will be staged in Charlottetown.
The East Coast Music Association announced today the events in the Island capital will run March 24-27.
Showcases and other events will be held at a number of downtown locations.
The awards show will be held at the Charlottetown Civic Centre.
This year's ECMAs are being held in Sydney, N.S.
