Crystal's Corner with Crystal Melanson
Hello readers, hope you all had a great week.
Our reprieve from winter seems to have ended. However, it was nice to get a break for a couple weeks with warmer temperatures and with nothing much falling from the sky. Alas, we knew it wasn't to last, eh? Oh well, we are only part way through, so much more winter lies in wait. Hopefully it won't be so brutal as the first half.
If anything, after the break, we should have built up a thicker skin to our wind-blown faces. Sore backs and leg muscles should be broken in by now. And, if you're like me, you have bought some ice straps or footings for your boots, so you don't go flying across an icy patch again. Bring it on winter, we're ready now.
Have a great week everyone.
Condolences to the family and friends of Douglas C. Dowe. Our thoughts are with you.
