TRURO - A new solo art exhibit is on display now at Visual Voice Fine Art.

The Colour Collage exhibit features the works of Judith J. Leidl, an Acadia University art professor, master printmaker and artist.

She is international recognized for her innovation and use of exuberant colour, movement, pattern and texture.

The exhibit, which runs until Oct. 13, features abstract or mostly abstract landscapes and still life in acrylic, watercolour, collage, prints and painterly ceramics.

While Leidl won't be present for this exhibit, those wishing to meet her can do so at the next exhibit opening at Visual Voice - as curator for the Inuit work on display.

The gallery is located at 128 King St., Truro, and is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 12:30 to 5 p.m., or by appointment.

For more information, call the gallery at 843-9464.
