Rankin's Marigold show almost sold out

TRURO - There are only a few tickets left for Friday's performance by Jimmy Rankin.

Melanie Grant, fundraising co-ordinator for the Marigold Cultural Centre, said there are only three tickets available.

"None of them are together," she said. "We may have a couple of walk-ins, but it's a complete sellout for us."

Rankin, who was just nominated for eight East Coast Music Awards, will perform at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $40 and available through the Marigold at 897-4004. Peter Kohler, Vance Hanes Auto Parts and Pleasant Street Dental Centre are sponsoring the event.
