Vehicles left on cinder blocks in dealership parking lots after thieves make off with tires, rims

TRURO - There's some hot wheels out there after two sets were stolen from different dealerships over the weekend.
Truro Police Service Staff Sgt. Randy MacKenzie said four tires and rims were stolen from a vehicle at Pye's Chevrolet and another four from a vehicle at Hollis Ford.
In both instances the vehicles were left on cinder blocks.
Police were notified of the theft on Monday morning.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Truro police at 895-5351 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

    flogger -- too funny! I'm wondering why the thieves weren't caught on video camera? You' think these places would be smart enough to have that kind of surveillance in place.

    Really? Wow... When did Truro become Compton? I heard it was getting rougher back home, but this really takes the cake... wanna be gangsta's. Maybe when you catch em, deport them to Compton/Irvine or Inglewood. lol.. you can even take them on a guided tour of the Ganglands for $75 USD! lol

    The exact same thing just happened at a Dodge dealership this week in Nanaimo, BC. Perhaps the police should see if there is a connection.
