SHESHATSHIU, N.L. - Labrador RCMP are investigating the discovery of unidentified human remains in a burned-out house in Sheshatshui.
An autopsy on the single body will be performed Monday in St. John's, N.L., by the province's chief medical examiner.
Cpl. Steve Conohan says the fire occurred Wednesday morning in an abandoned house.
He says the remains were found after officers returned to the house after a young person was reported missing in the community.
