HALIFAX - A 16-year-old girl suffered a concussion Saturday when she was thrown from a car that flipped on a highway near Halifax.
Three other teenagers in the car were listed in stable condition in hospital.
Their Acura Integra hit the shoulder and the driver lost control shortly after 9 a.m.
Police say speed was a factor in the crash on Highway 101 near Mount Uniacke.
RCMP Const. Billy Gossen says two 17-year-old boys and two 16-year-old girls were in the car, and one of the girls was ejected from the back seat.
She was later airlifted to hospital in Halifax, but her injuries weren't as serious as first thought.
