Generally 5 to 10 centimetres of snow is expected ahead of the warm front. Several hours of ice pellets and freezing rain are expected near the front. Precipitation will change to rain over all regions this evening or overnight as strong south to southwest winds bring temperatures well above zero as the warm front slides north of Nova Scotia.
