Crystal's Corner with Crystal Melanson

Hello readers, hope you all had a great week.

Shubenacadie Sam predicts an early spring. Yay, let's hope the groundhog is correct. An early spring would be much appreciated after such a busy winter. And I do mean busy in the terms that there was lots of salting and sanding to do, snowblowing, slipping and then, salting and sanding again, brushing off snow, scraping windshields, being wary of falling ice and having snow blown in your face - this from either another snowblower or whirled up by the wind. Yes, it's been busy and, can I say, a whole lot treacherous? Yes, I can. So whether "Shubie" Sam is correct or not, the best we can hope for now may be that winter is at least halfway over, correct?

Have a great week everyone.

Condolences to the family and friends of Ronald Colpitts. Our thoughts are with you.
