The Sharon Deegan benefit dance will be taking place from Friday, Feb. 4 to Saturday, Feb. 5 between the hours of 8 p.m. and 1 a.m. at the Amherst Lions Den on Electric Avenue.

In related Sharon Deegan news, her sister Katherine Chapman was blessed with the opportunity to have visited with her this past weekend. Katherine Chapman wrote via Facebook on Friday, Jan. 14 that she was "so excited to be going to Halifax to see Sharon and spend a couple days with her; can't wait to see her." Here's hoping that you two had a really nice visit with one another.
