Puberty party for boys
Puberty parties for boys aged 9-12 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Bring a parent and together learn about puberty changes through fun activities, video presentation and discussion. Participants must pre-register by calling the Sexual Health Centre at 667-7500.

Benefit
A benefit for Derek Deegan who is currently in treatment for Atopic Dermatistis will be held at the Lions Den from 8 p.m. until midnight. Live bands, auction, 50/50 and door prizes.
Pot luck
Pot luck supper and cards at Sunrise Seniors Hall, Lower Shinimicas,
6 p.m. Bring your own dishes and favourite food.
Auction 45’s

A variety show and roast beef supper supporting Ottawa House Museum will take place at 5 p.m. - Supper at 6 p.m., Show to follow
at Parrsboro Legion Hall.

A casserole supper will be held at the Diligent River Community Hall from 4 to 6 pm.

Classic Movie Night will take place the Miners Memorial Library, Springhill at 7 p.m., showing the 1958 romantic comedy “Bell, Book and Candle starring: James Stewart, Kim Novak and Jack Lemmon.

The Salvation Army B.E.A.C.O.N. Café will be serving soup and sandwiches at The Salvation Army Thrift Store (basement) from 11 a.m.-2 pm. Donations are welcome but not expected. All are welcome.
