Steve Crowe to perform

Here I am folks. It has been a hard few months for me. Thank you for being there for me.

Here at Gables, all is pretty much the same. I see Muriel Nodwell Legere going by my door on her way down for her meals, while I am here in bed. My roommate, Lyle Wolfe goes to the dining room. She is a fine lady, who is known to many people, as she has raced horses over the years.

I always loved to cook, now I have to do it in my dreams, and it always turns out perfect.

Marg Kempt visited me and brought me some maple wax. She was to her granddaughter's wedding. This is the first time I missed her birthday, March 3.

Danny MacDonald, my cousin, is in Springhill hospital, I hear, waiting for a nursing home.

Carolyn McLeod dropped in to see me. She says our new Roman Catholic church is beautiful.

They still have entertainment here. Jill will tell you more at the end.

I must mention Frances Legere, 107 in June, and Irene Boudreau, 98, who wheels by here each day. Happy Easter.

Jill's recreation news:

April 16 - music with Steve Crowe.
