With 22 of 42 polls reporting the Amherst Daily News is declaring Murray Scott will win Cumberland South. Scott has 2096 votes to the NDPs Don Tabor at 829. Liberal Joseph Archibald has 177 and the Green Party's Daniel Melvin has 49.
