Lucky couple from Labrador win $1 million on lottery scratch ticket

MONCTON, N.B. - The region's newest Atlantic Lottery millionaires were in Moncton, N.B., on Monday to pick up their winnings.
Max Matthews, 44, and his wife, 41-year-old Lillian Matthews, of Labrador got lucky on a Monopoly scratch ticket.
The Goose Bay couple won $1 million.
They say they plan to help out their family and build a new house.
