Overtime Communications and City Saskatchewan announced the green light of a new original series, “College TV.” Commissioned by City Saskatchewan, the series is a part of City Saskatchewan’s continuing support of original Saskatchewan productions.

Locally produced by Swift Current based Overtime Communications, the three-part, 30 minute series will profile all seven of Saskatchewan’s Regional Colleges, focusing on both the academic and student life options they offer. Production is currently underway, with filming to take place across Saskatchewan.

"City Saskatchewan is excited to help bring attention to our excellent Regional College system," said Joanne McDonald, General Manager, City Saskatchewan. “As the premier provincial educational broadcaster - our goal is to provide content tailored to our viewers about education and the educational opportunities here in the province.”

“Creating this series is a positive step forward in our company’s growth and gives us yet another outlet to do what it is we do best, which is to tell great stories” said George Tsougrianis, President,  Overtime Communications. “Saskatchewan’s Regional colleges are wonderful examples of new growth, new opportunities and new partnerships that are happening across Saskatchewan, and we’re very proud to be able to showcase the work they are doing.”

“College TV” is slated to premiere January 2014.
