[SYDNEY, NS] — Techlink Entertainment, a Sydney-based designer of gaming machines and games, has been granted a license to provide video lottery terminals in the state of Ohio by the Ohio Lottery.

This gaming license comes on the heels of recent announcements of the company’s gaming license and subsequent contract for placement of VLTs in South Dakota.

"We’re thrilled to secure our gaming license in Ohio," said Techlink president and CEO John Xidos. "This is a major accomplishment for our company and sets the stage for product deployment in Ohio. It’s the second step in our growth strategy for the U.S. and we are on track for further expansion into additional states over the coming weeks."

Techlink continues to expand throughout the U.S. with Blast™, delivering an immersive gaming experience with engaging games, unique features and cutting-edge technological advancements. The company says Blast™ combines technology and player insight to create an ultimate entertainment experience, providing players with heightened comfort and increased personal space.

Blast™ will be offered to operators in Ohio as either a multi-game or a single-game machine and a suite of game content that is specifically designed with the players of Ohio in mind.
