A sure sign of Spring is when more citizens , like Howard Keddy, stop to enjoy their mornings on one of the many town benches in Springhill.
Todays weather: sunny with cloudy periods. Wind west 30 km/h gusting to 50 increasing to 50 gusting to 80 this morning. High plus 4. UV index 4 or moderate. Over night a few clouds. Wind west 40 km/h gusting to 60 becoming southwest 30 near midnight except gusting to 50 along parts of the coast overnight. Low zero.
Highway conditions for Cumberland County are reported clear from shoulder to shoulder.
Today the third annual seniors expo will take place at the Nova Scotia Community College's Cumberland Campus in Springhill from 1 to 3 p.m.
