PARRSBORO – The Parrsboro Golf Club enjoyed a great annual Ladies Field Day on Aug. 19 with 36 ladies playing from eight Nova Scotia golf clubs plus two American guests.
With the sun shining in all its glory, the greens in excellent condition and the magnificent view of the Minas Basin, all made for an enjoyable and fun tournament.
Tanya Dowe (Parrsboro) was the low net winner of the day, while Jean Boudreau (Hartlen Point Forces Golf Club) of Dartmouth was the low gross winner.
